Visits depend on your level: Standard includes one visit per covered storm, Premium includes two if needed, and VIP Guardian includes three or more if needed. Included revisits for the same storm do not use another storm from your seasonal allowance. Service timing and revisit conditions follow your agreement.
Each qualifying snowstorm counts as one event. Included return visits for that same storm do not use another storm from your allowance. Your selected plan’s snowfall trigger and coverage period apply.
Standard includes up to 10 qualifying storms and Premium includes up to 14. For coverage without a seasonal storm-count limit, choose VIP Guardian. Additional coverage beyond a Standard or Premium allowance must be agreed separately.
Early-bird savings are 10% when paid in full or 5% with half upfront. Seniors and veterans can receive an additional, stackable 5% discount. The selected total and eligibility are confirmed before payment.
